With LED lighting offering 70% upwards in energy savings compared to standard warehouse lighting, our customer was keen to refurbish two of their warehouses. Facing a large financial outlay initially, our customer approached us as their Independent Broker to advise on the practical finance options available to realise the project in an affordable way, keeping them in control of their budget.
Our customer opted for high bay lighting with smart sensors and emergency lighting. Our finance solution ensured the clients existing credit lines were not affected and preserved valuable working capital. It is estimated by the customer and supplier that the monthly savings achieved by putting this energy efficient system in place, will outweigh the monthly finance payments, making this project ‘Cash Positive’ almost from the start.
