John's career in finance and leasing started in 1979 and began in collections and then marketing before he found his niche in underwriting, working at Alastair's former company.
John has managed new business departments throughout this time and he and Alastair have worked together for over 25 years. John is a co-founder of Lease UK and a shareholder in the company.
